St. Anthony St. Anthony of Padua, Grand Rapids 2510 Richmond St NW St. Anthony's was originally at Richmond St and Broadway Ave and it's only this location that is covered. Panfil's Assessor's Plat No. 4 1938 The owner of the land usually has it platted and right-of-ways set aside for the public. Sometimes the land is unplatted and settled on in a hodge-podge fashion as my uncle did to the edges of his farm when he needed cash. Then years later, the City Assessor marks down what is there after-the-fact. No assessor records found. A new German parish was formed in 1906 by Bishop Richter for families who lived 2 miles from St. Mary's. The church-school was opened four months later. In 1914 a new church basement was completed. Ancona It is unclear if the church was never completed or it was completed and then burned down. The basement church was used for many years. Steve Smith In 1957 acreage was purchased at 2510 Richmond which building began in 1958. By 1966 the old building had been sold.Ancona
