Blodgett - D A Blodgett Home for Children (an orphanage) on Cherry street east of Eastern.

Broadway and Crosby corner 1900: a room was rented for relief of West Leonard

Club House - 1884-85:   A Club House is rented of Hoskins, Maunder and others at $13 per month, and the ground of J. Berkey at the rate of $100 per year. at the corner of Ottawa and Pearl streets.  It is used as an ungraded School for Night School. It contains four rooms.

Coit and Knapp - 1897, 1898 a joint school lot partially owned by Grand Rapids Twp District No 6 and the city near Coit and Knapp.   The 1907 map shows an unplatted parcel labeled public school lot at  the SE corner of Coit and Knapp and Hickory (Elmwood) at the  north end of Briggs North Park Subdivision Plats  comparable to  lots 15, 16, 17

Evangeline Home - for wayward girls

F. Thomasma Room - 1891: corner of West (Garfield) and West Leonard streets at the annual rental of $120.

Fitch Building - 1891: on Michigan street, one room, at  the annual rental of $180.

New England House - 1884: The New England House, four rooms are now occupied at a rental of $20 per month. During the last half of last school year one room was rented for $10 per month, and during nine months of the year the stores were rented of Mr. F. Lathrop at a rental of $20 per month.

Paris School - 1891, 1892, 1993, 1894, 1895: Located in Eleventh Ward, lot leased until 1895, 100 feet on Madison avenue (by Adams Street?) and 150 feet deep. a one-story frame building of two rooms with 100 sittings for pupils, heated by hot air furnace and ventilated.

Shireling Block - 1891:  Ellsworth Avenue, fitted up for two rooms at an annual rental of $300. (E. Shireling was a janitor at Grandville School)

Slater Block - 1891: south Division street near Hall street fitted up for two rooms at the annual rental of $180.

Stewart Avenue Annex - 1892: corner of South Division Street and Brown Avenue, one room.

Stewart Avenue School - 1892: corner of South Division and Stewart, in the second story of the Wilson Block.  It is a leased building containing two rooms with wittings for 80 pupils and is heated by stoves.

Truant School

Waters - 1891: This Board leases the rooms of D. H. Waters, now used for ungraded and night schools at an annual rental of $360.

The Wilson Hall - 1891,1892,1893,1894: corner of South Division street and Stewart Avenue, fitted up for two rooms at the annual rental of $120.

Z. Fernombueq Building - 1891: corner of West Leonard street and Alpine avenue a the annual rental of $240, fitted up as one room.

Note:  These rooms are each supplied with a complete set of school furniture, the property of this district.
