I remember seeing these telephone buildings around town. I wonder if they matched the old prefixes; Cherry, Glendale, Empire. This was Brace Twine and Supply for as long as I can remember.

I remember this building as Baker Books. I just like crooked buildings.

also available for parking. Aug 1966: Tar-gravel roof, fuel is oil but new
boiler to be put in.
1989: Brick fascia, 1325 total square feet each floor, 25x55, built 1936.
1st floor: 4 rooms, laundry, office
2 nd floor: 3 room apt
Tar and gravel roof in poor condition, full basement.
