Annexations 1961

The City made massive one-sided annexations of suburban communities forcing Paris Twp to incorporate into the city of Kentwood and Wyoming Twp to incorporate into the city of Wyoming. Only Grand Rapids Twp did not incorporate and the City continues to pick off snippets here and there.

Post 1960 Second Location: 2286 Ball Ave NE annexed by City.
