Cemetery Plat Maps
In 1929 the DAR read tombstones for all of Kent County. This list is available on index cards in the Michigan Room of the Grand Rapids Public Library. It is also available on-line by cemetery but I don't know the exact address.

And none of the Catholic cemeteries were registered at Kent County Register of Deeds.
Brooklawn - the Clerk of Walker Twp sent one to me, but I can't find it yet. It is just about full.
Grandville Cem - City of Grandville. I asked for one but never received.
Kent, Village of - none available
Maple Grove - have not yet found one but I haven't asked Kent County yet.
Mason - available on-line at Grand Rapids Twp site.
Mill Creek - good luck with the City of Walker. Been there, done that.
Mount Calvary - Catholic
Oak Hill Cemetery aka as Oak Hill North
Oak Hill South see Valley City
Pine Hill - the City of Kentwood says they have one hanging on the wall in their office.
Riverbend - good luck with the City of Walker. Been there, done that.
St. Andrews - Catholic
