In 1890 the aid society purchased a 50 x 100 foot lot at the corner of Fifth and Davis.Jung

In 1893 they built a new building Jung, 1892 CA that is still there. (2010)

VanBuren and Turner's Addition

The turret was still there in 1968 but gone by 1974. The record says that it is a 2-story brick and timber construction, 98'x100' and 42' in height.

Full basement, concrete floor, stone walls, brick pilasters, 20' laminate 2x12 beam, 30', 8x16 I beam, 14 extra heavy 2x12 joists, 7' in height.

First floor completely remodeled, the bar and offices, 1950-51, except the front and rear entrances and the men's room. Floor asphalt tiles on wood. Walls 4' plywood dado and plaster. Ceiling acoustical celotex tile. Windows of glass block. Gas forced air heat, 2 units, no air-conditioning as of 5/66, full kitchen.

Second floor Meeting Hall, original decor, hardwood floor, plaster walls and ceiling, (stage across rear -crossed out and replaced by bar 20' deep), wood double-hung sash, wood stairways (three) two overhead gas unit heaters.

Tar and Gravel roof on wood foundation with slate around edge, limestone belt, sills and lintels.
