1890 C C Comstock's Riverside Add

This Robinson, Lacy and Bowne's Riverside Addition is an 1891 replat of C C Comstock's 1890 Riverside Plat. "A" street becomes Kaiser then later Guild. "B", "C", and "D" expand into five streets. "E" street becomes Lacey later renamed Graceland. Sunset either disappears or becomes Coit., Lot A becomes Conrad, Lot B becomes Lawrence, Lot C Melbourne, Lot D Bowne, Lot E Montrose
Then it is again replatted in 1926 by the Riverside Park Plat which added Riverside Drive while deleting portions of the E/W streets.
