Highlights: a $1.3 million adition of five new classrooms, restrooms and a main entrance; $3.5 million to renovate classrooms and kitchens, replace some roofing and doors and install new electric and h eating systems, and $227,500 for computers and video equipment. The pre-school, a county-wide program, is not included in the plan.
