1950 - The Zeefe family lived upstairs. The younger girl Laura Mae was my age. She attended Creston Christian. Her grandparents lived downstairs. The stairway had a curtain at the bottom and came up in the middle of the central hall, probably from the dining room downstairs. The kitchen was in the back left and the living room was in the back right. They used a very steep outside rear stairway. .
